Represent clients before EOIR, USCIS and related governmental agencies. Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, motions, briefs, declarations and supporting documents. Conduct legal research and analyze immigration statutes, regulations, administrative decisions and federal case law. Prepare clients for hearings, interviews and other immigration proceedings. Communicate with clients regarding case status, legal options and procedural requirements. Maintain case files and documentation using case management systems.
